Third Secret a killer

After missing it entirely many times, I successfully jumped thru said "window" three times and landed hard (hard enough for poor Lara to die). No sliding was involved. What gives?

You jumped too far and missed the sliding ramp all together. My advice would be to take a step or two back inside the little hallway and do your jump from there. Then you should slide down the ramp and land safetly on the block.
