More statistics!

When pausing the game, there should be more statistics like in TR 2 and TR 3 (Kills, Pickups, Medipacks used etc).

HC players aren't maximalists!
HC player - Plays the game without using a medipack.
Maximalist - Kills and picks up everything but uses medipacks.
HC-Maximalists - Kills and picks up everything without using any medipack.

did u know that 1 step equaled 1 mile lol. it was so retarded. but the stuff that was acurate was cool though. like enemies killed, pickups and time.
