They should bring back the training level in Lara's house http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/jumper.gif . I'm tired of the training at the beginning of the game http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/sleepy.gif . I wonder how much has changed. I totally agree. Sure miss the mansion. When I see it it's like coming home. Wonder if she has done a lot of redocorating? :cool:

Yes, ALL TR games should have the mansion. It was a staple feature up until TR:LR. Maybe it wasn't 'cool' enough for the designers, who knows.
And Winston. I loved his armour plating on the shooting range!
Bring it back. It's what the fans want.
I support that idea....bring the mansion back :D

The manor was definitely the best training arena. It provided an atmospheric, enticing introduction to the adventures, and I think it made Lara Croft a more sympathetic character (there's something intimate about running all over somebody's home, checking out their freezer and shooting at their butler...)! ;)

I MISS THE MANSION!!! :( I remember when I was about 9 and that's the first time I played the first Tomb Raider, I loved going throughout the mansion, even though there wasn't much in TR1, but it got so much better, and by TR 3 I thought it was AWESOME and I think it is still great! CD HAS to bring it back! The Mansion will be the training level for everyone before they start, but the Mansion has to have more. Here is what I would like to see, new or returned:
-Going inside and out of the Mansion, and also outside the Manor's gates. You should go and ride one of her cars and take it for a huge spin, and you pick from like 3 different cars (Sporty-fast, SUV or just plain).
- You should be able to change clothing according to what you want to do, or just for fun. You should wear exercise outfit, raiding gear, or pjs. I would love the pjs from TR 1 movie :D
- You should be able to ride the ATV like in TR3 and also be able to ride a horse and go fast or slow with the horse and shoot objects and get points and try to beat your time or shots. I would love to try to beat my times or scores.
-Inside AND outside assult coarses and pools. Try to beat your best times.
- Lara should comment more on what you do. (In and out of her house level) If not fast enough for her then she complains, if really fast, then she feels real proud. If you break or shoot an object in her house, then she should be like "Damn it" or "My father gave that to me, be more careful". Something like that.
- You should be able to have more gun selection from a secret/timed room.
- You should be able to shoot Winston or even have a battle with him with sticks (like in TR2 movie) or just plain fighting. He hits you and you hit him, but you both have proper gear so you DON'T loose life.
- I would love to see a punching bag in her house where you can practise her different punches and kicks so you know how to do the moves when actually out and playing the game (which are hopefully MUCH MORE improved than AOD).
- I really would love to see more secrets in the house, timed doors closing, underground pool for the fish was awesome and there should be a secret passage down there that leads outside in case of an intruder or just for fun!
- You should be able to choose different classical music in her house, not just one song. And be able to play it over and over again.
I could think of many many more, but not right now. What do you guys think? What else would you guys like to see? Those are just some of MY ideas that I would REALLY love to see in the new Croft Manor!!! :D TheTombRaider
Maybe she'll have the quadbike course turned into a jet ski course. ;)

I think Lara should have a bunch of booby traps in the mansion for baddies to fall victim to. Stuff like trap doors, falling cages, boulders, spike pits, etc. First she has to train to use them, then when intruders invade at the end of the game, she gets to use them. She could even trap one in the freezer. Such fun!

I think that sometime during the game, Lara should go back home just to get new/more weapons, get some sleep, change clothes and out she goes again!! She should go home at least once in the game to get more items that are needed for the next part of her journey. :D
Yeah, they should bring the mansion back but WITHOUT WINSTON... He is so scary :eek: and i hate that he follows Lara all the time and goes into her way... Yup, and if you complete the course then head back the way you came the door leading into the kitchen is open. I have too much free time sometimes, like now for instance ;) although this isn't a waste of it! :D

Yeah... I loved the legend mansion. I just wish they had an outside assault course and a bit more to do. It took me like an hour to get ALL the secrets.
and I loved the idea of the Horses and shotting targets from that. We want the OLD winston back. the new one is just a little strange..
