somebody help where is the 3rd fuse

in natlas mines where is the third fuse for the shack i found the one by larson and on the moving ramp thingie but where is the 3rd one. and also where are some guns i keep going into the place where larson the cowboy is but he keeps killing me.help! please

The pistols are the first weapon available to you--they're located in that dangling building and you need all three fuses in order to bring the building down. So until you get the pistols--stay away from the cowboy or anyone else with weapons.

As far as the fuses, you have the one from the conveyor belt and the one near the cowboy, right? Now for the third one. Seeing as it's been awhile since I've played this, I'm referring to Stella's walkthrough to direct you. There's an opening with two run down buildings and old tires and such. There's a gate between those buildings which open when you approach it. Once you enter you'll notice tracks and barricades. This area also contains many boulder traps. There's an easy and hard way to get through this section--I'll give you the easy way. Go up to the first barricade to trip the boulder. Turn right and grab the ledge that runs parallel to the tracks. Shimmy left to where the ledge starts sloping down and pull up. The boulder to your right shouldn't roll now. Turn left, follow the ledge, and jump the gap. Continue to the end and follow the passage to the last fuse. The rest is up to you--just note that while exiting you will encounter more boulders.
