Hi Guys now I'm really in a mess.
I got a PC recently so I'm playing all those levels I missed out on with the Play Station.

Ok so heres my problem;

I installed Tomb Raider III Lost (Artifact)
I finished the First Level and went out and bought a Logitech Wingman Rumblepad.
So after about a day of trying to configure the game pad I found I had messed up the configuration of the actuall gameplay.
So now when ever I install or uninstall
Tomb Raider III Lost Artifact It always goes back to the place where I had last saved the game I cannot get the game to return to its default settings.
I've tried everything Deleted all files
connected with the game...uninstalled the Logitech Wingman RumblePad...still nothing works.

Help...

You can fix this problem in several ways but first I need some information from you. Are you using a version of Windows installed in your computer? If so which version? The Lost Artifact won't run under Windows 3x or its earlier versions. If you're using Windows 9x, here is one possible solution. Open Control Panel and goto Gaming Options. Click on Joystick and check to see if your game pad is detected. If so, use Test to check and configure your game pad. If not, you'll need your game pad setup disk and follow the instructions on it. Restart Windows. Insert your game disk and select User Defined in the Control option. Program your game pad accordingly. Try starting the game. If the game freezes this would indicate the game pad is not compatiable with the game. You may have to goto the Logitech web site and get the latest game pad drivers from them. I hope this will help you or at least give you a starting point. Please let me know if this works. Thanks.

I purchased a game pad that caused the game to have no sound. When I went back to using the keyboard, the up/down arrows no longer worked.
-
Turned out that the gamepad software clobbered the game's config.txt file.
-
So if you are still having problems after you get everything up and running, edit your config.txt file to make sure the "default keys" line has 205 203 as the first items in the row.

Good luck
