I'm at the place where you slide down a ramp as the wall of spikes is moving towards you turn to the right jump up and run and jump up again as spikes are coming at you and when I get to the top my walkthrough says to strafe to the left and quickly crouch and climb down after the second spiked wall has moved to the right, how the heck do you do it all without the spikes killing you have tried this many, many times.

when u reach the first spike wall climb on to the ledge and quickly run and stop on the amm collect it and then run to the next ledge then without turning move three spaces to your left and quickly climb down.. this will take you to your first secret.
