Tomb Raider incorrect patches on site!!

I have tried all yr patches for 'The Lost Artifact' but none of them match the one I have. Another site suggested a Hex editor but I couldnt find the right string to fix!
Could I send you my exe and could you find a patch for me? PLS HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!! Btw the way it is the Win2000 patch I need.

I am very confused because it also installs in like less than 30 seconds! Is it crashing becos I dont have a 3d card or what?!?!
