I have the pump card and it said make your way back to the toilet and use the card, in one of the toilets. one door is closed. it was when i came to it earlier in the game. how can i open the door? i have everything i need.

hello. as you enter the toilets, go to the first cubicle and then stand at its entry point. line yourself up so you're squared to the wall, then jump and grab. Lara will pull down a semi-hidden trap door. welcome to the forum.

I tryed what you said but it didn't work.

am I standing in the door of the toilet facing in and jump up or do I face out and jump up, and which toilet do I stand in front of?

I'm still having problems..Help!

make sure you re in the right toilet.its the gents.You must have used the card to open the door,key in the number on the card. enter first cubicle and turn around to your right I think,Its been a long time since I played this game.
