How do I access the game console?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone might know how I could access The Lost Artifact's game console. I've been looking around the web, and have been unable to find anything on it.

Have you ever played any games like Quake 3 Arena, or Half-Life? Well, they have a in game accessible console in which you can type in commands like god mode or one shot kills. I was wondering if anyone knows how I might be able to access Tomb Raider: The Lost Artifact's game console. I'm not entirely sure that there is one, but I just thought I'd take a shot at asking. Either that, or does anyone know what the "cheat code" for all weapons & all ammo (including medi-paks) is? I've been looking it up online because I ended up missing a whole chunk of weapons because I didn't have a walkthrough to help me along until now. Anyhow, any help would be great. Thanks.
