xp_tomb4 for windows XP, does not work?

Having bought a new computer running windows XP.

I have downloaded xp_tomb4 from tombraiderchronicles.com

But the game still does not work, the title runs then, the loading game bar starts to load at the bottom of the sreen then it crashes back to the desktop?

What am I doing wrong!!!

Hi. reinstall your sound card (don't use the windows default driver installation) and also be sure you are running the latest drivers for your video card. If you're unsure, return to this thread with your details and I'll search for you.
