Have lots of good food and drinks à portuguesa. One of your best desserts is the Pudim Flan, yammie!

"FLAN CASEIRO"

Ingredients:
Puding:
Caramel

6 eggs
200 g of sugar

6 Soup spoons of sugar
Water

1/2 litre of milk
Lemon
Vanilla (1 stick)



Making:
The pudding:
Mix very well the eggs with the sugar, then join and mix the milk warm, previously boiled with vanilla. Pour the mixture on a pudding mould previously coated with the caramel. Then there are three options:

Put the mould inside a pan with water, on the oven for 45 minutes in medium temperature
Put the mould inside a pressure pan, over a fabric covered with water or a proper device to avoid contact between the pans, and let it cook for 15 minutes after the wistle (my preferred)
Put the mould on the microwave for 6 minutes

The caramel:
For those who don't know how to do the caramel, put the sugar on a pan, cover it with a little water, then boil until it becames brown, mixing all the time, then join a little lemmon juice, finally pour it directly to the pudding mould and "jingle" it to cover all the inside.
