The file you uploaded is in Windows Movie Maker format and it can't play as a video this way ;) You have to save your project in a video format so as to make it a proper video.

To do that, open it in Movie Maker, click on the 'Tasks' tab and where it says 'End movie' select 'Save on my computer'. Then follow the steps to save your project in Windows Media Video (WMV) format http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif
