Mine would probably be The Devil's Rejects. Lot's of classics like FreeBird. Rob Zombie is sick but he has good taste in music. Or I like the Walt Disney's Tarzan Soundtrack. I love Phil Collins to death.

Underworld!! Both Soundtracks! Especially the artist one. A Perfect Circle/ Pucifer basically made the entire album, including instrumental pieces as Renholder. Milla Jovovich sings as well as David Bowie...it's incredible!!

The Doom soundtrack is great too, as well as the Daredevil/Punisher/Elektra soundtracks.

And Advent Rising is incredible!!! But UW is still the best.

Heh, I'd forgotten about Underworld. I must check out the soundtrack sometime. I would say though, that the best soundtrack of all time, imo, is the one for Gladiator, hands down.... no competition. Hans Zimmer is the greatest. hehe. and I like a few others, love instrumental and such...Lord of the Rings is definitely good, and Crouching Tiger's....Joan of Arc too and others. *scratches head* I used to collect soundtracks... oh well.

Hold out for a hero - by Bonnie Tyler (I think it was from the Footloose soundtrack?)

I really got into this tune when it was used for the American football shown on channel 4 years ago :)

Other than that, it would have to be all the soundtracks from LOTR :D

Awesome. Another favorite is 2004's Phantom of the Opera. I've been trying to track down the originals and been failing miserably. I also like the Harry Potter soundtrack. the main theme is so beautiful, imo. I also like the Kill Bill soundtracks. I haven't seen King Kong yet. Is it good?

The opening to 2001 "Also Sprach zathustra", Richard Strauss; is about as a godd an as a start you can get. The film film does use a great selection of music but probably isn't technically a score.

William Walton's score for Henry V in 1944 is great, as are some of his other scores.

At a tender yound age, when it first came out I though that the John Williams score for Starwars, Episode IV was sensational, and he is still the best film composer around.

I just love the song Duel Of The Fates, I think it's from Episode I right? I love the more recent songs but not the movies :/

Yes it is from Episode I, the Phantom Menace. Lucas wouldn't of done the prequals with John Williams scoring them. I don't think any chritisism of the new films has involved the music!

At least not for me. I like the soundtrack but the movies make me fall asleep. A matter of taste.

I wanted to see that movie and still haven't hehe, I think music is one thing that really attracts me to a film...makes me want to see it, kind of odd, I guess. :)
