Greeting fine forum folk.

Popular demand has warranted a poll on TEXT ONLY signatures. Do you want them. The definition of a signature on www.tombraiderforums.com is as follows:

A small piece of text - one line only - personal to the author and appropriate on an all-age forum. URLs are not accepted.

I think anyone who votes "no" should just turn it off in their profile (if we get it) and not spoil it for those of us who want to use one. >_>

I think one of the best things about this forum was how simple it was but with a nice design too. I feel like Sigs arent really necessary here. I'm only able to sympathise with the mods and admins for voting "no" - I can't understand why regular members vote "no, because it'd clutter the page up" when you can hide them for your own viewing pleasure. Argh. In games, that's called griefing. They should vote neutral. *grumpy mood*

Well, I voted "Yes" without thinking about the mods/admins situation. I didn't know they won't be able to disable the feature because some people might post innapropriate sigs. But if there is one mod or admin who wouldn't mind them being on, or who is in favor of them, they could make sure everyones' signatures are in check.

Melonie Tomb Raider
16-01-06, 17:06
Well what most mods/admins do if some one uses an innapropriate is change it, and warn or ban the person. Depending on how offensive the sig is... The same can be done here, it's really not that hard.

The "Yes" vote has it. Guess all that whining swung it.

True colors seem to be in style this year.

I really hope you enjoy your signatures :)!

Once they are now a forum reality,I've decided ( no,I won't make one, lol) it wouldn't make much sense ignoring them ( disable them),but I gave up.For me,it's weird to read a random phrase , disconnected from the post theme, right below. So,I'll thank for the fact we actually may disable them;in other forums I've been, we had to endure, following a single little smiley, an enooooormous picture.

Dear Anubis, I have all the time you need * sweet smile* ( don't forget I'm GROK president...do you want me to announce you're an infiltrated KTEB :mis:?)!
