Basically, just post any mistakes you find in the game here.
All:
In official artwork, Lara is depicted wearing a green shirt. But in the games, she wears a blue shirt.
TR1:
In FMVs, Lara has a ponytail, but in the actual game, she doesn't.
In Lara's home, Lara tells you how to run. However, she only tells you after you have already ran about a meter so why does she even bother?
TR2:
In Lara's home, you can hear Winston even if you are on the opposite side of the mansion to him.
Golden Mask:
When you see the key on the ground in 'Cold War', it's greyish, yet when it's in your inventory, it's yellow.
TRLR:
Lara has no scrunchee in her hair. She also doesn't in TRC and AOD.
On your second visit to the Temple of Karnak,
when baddies shoot you, you hear a 'watery' noise.
TRC:
In 'Sinking Submarine', Admiral Yarofere is lying in a square room, next to a ladder. Yet in the next FMV, he's in a rectangular room with lots of machinery and the ladder is gone.
In a few cut scene close-ups, you can see Lara has a green line on her nose.
In the FMV at the beginning of the Ireland levels, Young Lara is wearing her blue top, but not her backpack or green vest. Yet when she gets off the boat she was stowing on, she has them on.
Pierre falls into the hole in Rome, and we know he hits the ground because his bones crunch. Yet when Lara falls down, he's gone!

How come the guards in Le Serpent Rouge don't realise that the music and disco lights have suddenly started?
