Bit of a problem here, i insert the tomb raider 1 disc in to my PC and the setup automatically starts which is in DOS mode , fair enough i just quit the setup, BUT then when i return to the windows desktop from DOS all the screen is all messed up and split. Any ideads as to why this happens???? Im running windows XP professional with a radeon 9200 PRO and Athlon XP 2400+

Welcome to the forum, Mark http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
It may have something to do with your video card. I suggest posting your question in the Tech Support (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=11) section of our forum http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Mark before you can use Glidos you need to download VDMSound and the 3DFX version of Tomb.exe which you can get from TRC (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com) take a look at the glidos and TR installation instructions (http://www.glidos.net/install.html?lang=en) as well. You may find them helpful. Let us know how you get on. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

Hi Mark http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
Personally, I have a Nvidia GeForce 2 MX/MX 400, and I can say it goes along pretty fine with all TR games http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif Of course I had to put all kinds of patches and fixes to make the older ones work, but this was mainly cause the TR1 and UB are DOS based games and have problems running on XP.
hi Nicky http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
