Can't see FMV

Hey you guys, well I installed everything for TR1 but I cant see the FMV's, If I start with Glidos I can see them but they go really slow.. any ideas? THANKS

I had that problem. I couldn't figure it out so I finally downloaded the EA player and watched them off the disc.

That's better than nothing-I guess. :(
