How to get Unfinished Business to play

I have just finished playing TR1 with glidos and VMD. Everthing worked fine. Now I want to play the bonus levels "Unfinished Business", but I can't get it to work. Please help. :confused:

Have you followed the instructions for installing the game at the Glidos website? Are you making sure to start the game from the Glidos menu?

If you are having loads of trouble, I know the developer is usually pretty forthcoming about answering questions. Perhaps you could outline everything you have done so far for him in an e-mail?
