I save the game mostly after every dangerous encounter like the TREX, and hard puzzles which I wouldn't like to replay over again. I also save like hell in Atlantis, because I try not to take any medipacks, and once I saved when Lara died!! lol:D
Hi Jason :wve:
I save before entering a strange area or before a timed run - also during a timed run if I know I am making good progress! Yes I save at the T Rex point too. I save less now on jumps because I am quite confident now making the jumps but at the end of the level I make a lot of saves when jumping the blocks after killing Natla because if I do fall it's a pain having to start over :D
Is this for the PC version? I have PS version and can only save everytime I step into a blue crystal. :(

For any version, if it's PS, then people can explain the advantages and disadvantages of saving on crystals. ;)

natla was pimps. but in atlantis, i saved on every sryatal i could get my hands on.
1) At the beginning of every level i save.
2) When I enter a new 'main' area. That's like 3 in every level.
3) If I finally succeeded in something I died on a few times before.
That's all I think.
I have TR3 also on Playstation. Of course I only save when I find a crystal then.

save crystals are so weak, except we consolers get really good at performing the same stuff over and over. i get frustrated even thinking about the great pyramid.

I save often. :)
I save whenever I expect some monstrum is going to jump in font of me....and it is so often that I could say I'm always saving:p
If it's a hard level I save about four or five times. :)
