Help please on Atlantis Level timed bridge/door challenge

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum and was wondering if anyone has some good tips on getting past the timed bridge/door challenge. I'm getting really frustrated as no matter what I do I can't seem to make it in time. Okay, perhaps my co-ordination isn't the best but it's taking the fun out of the game as I am now stuck. :hea:

this is a tough part and you're not the only person to have trouble here. i'm assuming you're talking about the part with two switches and a drawbridge. well, run to the left and get the uzi clips because you may need them later. then run all the way around to the right-hand switch. flip it.

ok, here's where you need to hurry. so as soon as you flip it, roll and run as fast as you can around to the left-hand switch. it will help if you can jump while you're running. you'll pick up time this way. flip the left switch, roll again. then run and jump as fast as you can over the drawbridge and through the door. this should take you to the scion room.

Oh my gosh, I had the exact same problem a long time ago, I was just too slow! lol :D and down I went halfway across the bridge.

As stereopathic said pick up the uzi clips around at the left side. DON'T use this switch yet. Go around the right side. (Have a practice running and jumping along the way). Pull right switch to open the door.Roll and run all the way around to the left switch (take running jumps along the straight parts to cover more distance) and use it to raise the bridge. Roll, then run/jump back to the center and across the bridge to exit.
If you are on the PC save at the right switch so you don't have to redo a chunk.

i did this bridge room first time. i memorized what i had to do from a walkthrough, i totally got there in time.
