I don't know how to install Unfinished Buisness on my laptop. Can someone help?

Well... Windows XP has problems with TR for two reasons:

1.- Sound. It won't work, most likely. Solution: Get VDMSound. It is some kind of emulator that makes DOS games think that there is a Sound Blaster attached, so they work and sound. You can get it for free, it is a GPL project. Just google for it http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

2.- SVGA graphics. In many cards (specially on laptops) it may not work. This game uses an old standard called "VESA" which is not implemented at all or implemented faulty by modern video cards. There are some walkarounds. The first one is Glidos, a glide wrapper which will make the game run using your 3D acceleration. It is not free, check http://www.glidos.net for more info. There is another one which is free. It is called dgvoodoo. Some claim that it is faster, but others claim that it won't work for them.

I would try both. Glidos may cost $10, but $10 is not much money and it supports retexturing. That means that you can play your TR1 game with improved, hi-res textures (there is a neat retexturing project that is looking great!). DgVoodoo is free, but it just plays the game.

If you are interested just on playing the game I would suggest you to try DgVoodoo. If it does not work for you (many complain that this can be the case) try Glidos.

thanks http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif I pretty much just don't care about the sound and just play the game. Man, this game is much harder than Tomb Raider 1.
