That picture can't be too accurate: balance is wrong. The animal would bend over with its jaw onto the ground and tail upwards. A neck that size it should raise. The archeologists have found the bones alright, but the interpretation by the guy who made this drawing i don't trust.

Perhaps some of the bones for the neck were really bones from the tail............................hahahaha........th e proportion is all wrong. I think it would spend most of it's time on it's nose.:jmp:

I was actually thinking that maybe they have to many bones from another dinosaur, but I read that it says the neck bones are the size of two loaves of bread.
Then again, for the longest time they thought the T-rex stood up right.

Exactly what my impression was Joseph. I think its a little exaggerated(sp?)
It would suffer from frequent blackouts this way.

But tsk...what a pity. Its such a beautiful creature. I'd love to have it as a pet *sigh*
