FPS fans... This ones for you.

As much as Halo 1 and 2 delievered the play intensity and explosive fire fight senerios, it pales in comparison to this game.

I played it and I gotta tell ya... Its gun blaing at its best. The gun effects in this game are so realistic that virtually anything can be pounded to dust (Imagine leveling building faces with RPGs... Its a sight to behold.) Its so instense that the game earned a reputation for being “gun porn” Lol!

Trust me, its worth the rent.

Hi Umair :)

Looks pretty good. Electronic Arts can't be wrong :tmb: The action somehow reminds me of RTCW (as much as I can judge from the movie).

Just remembered this. I bought the Xbox Official Mag the other day (Issue 53 which featured a TRL review), and it had a comprehensive review of Black. I have to say I found the screenshots pretty impressive. Looks like the kind of game that I would like to play definitely.

Too bad it's not available for the PC though

BTW, I was lucky enough so as to find both Halo and Beyond Good and Evil the other day :)

I recently rented Black, and I have to say itís a really good game. I usually donít like FPS, but this one was actually fun. The graphics, music, sound, and gameplay are all top notch in this game. The only problem I had with it is the story is disappointing and itís a really short game.

Me too, it looks really good. Ah well, I guess it's Doom 3 again, then.

Oh its impressive alright :). The producers actually went to place called the "Gun Store" and practically fired each weapon on different surfaces to see the type of damage it does.

BTW: Each weapon from the game is inspired from different action movies (Remington Shotgun, M30 Gernade laucher and the Uzi were taken from Terminator movies.)

Oh cool! You got them :D. Too bad you don't have an X-box :(. Me wanna face you.

What system did you play it on?

X-box

The Music was done by Hollywood's Symphony Orchesta and its amazing. Very... Epic ;).

I hope you didn't just play the game on easy (cause you missed out on a lot.)

Is it never coming out on PC?

Thats up to Criterion (the makers of Black) to decide. If it sells good, they may make a PC version.
