Ive installled the update for tomb raider legend - 1.1v! But each time i go to open it, its sayin its causing an error...Send or Dont Send, anyway of downgrading back to the sh!t version 1.0??!?!?!

The update is only for the European version of Legend. Do you have that?

What did you try to install the patch? Because in your initial post you say you tried to open it. But that's not the way. You need to Run it. But first: right-click on the downloaded file > Properties > tab General: at the bottom you can read a security measure. Hit the button ' Unblock'. Now Run the update.

Disable the antivirusscanner before running the update, could you try that.

I suppose un-installing (after having made a back-up of the savegames of course) and re-installing from CD will give you 1.0 back, if there's no other option.

Then the only thing that remains for you to do is to play the game again. Unless someone is willing to give you their saved games.
