Yes definatly, I love her attitude, and the first female foe of Lara's we met, then in TR3 was the next time we saw a new female enemy - Miss Sophia Lee, and she looked almost the same as Natla!

I liked Natla too, I just love the cheesy trash talk "You can't bump of me and my brutes so easy Lara!" haha. I think Sophia Lee was cool aswell but it was kind of disturbing that they had obviously just used the mesh from Lara's head again and changed the lips and hair. Because of that it was essentially like fighting against a blonde Lara!

IMO no one has been able to top Natla as the best villain in the series. She was intelligent, evil, psychotic and came off as being a real threat. She had a screen presence no one else has been able to capture, and besides Eckhardt and Amanda is the only villain with a real backstory. Amanda could have topped her if we actually saw more of her. Mabey next time?

Sophia *LEIGH* was nice, but she never really seemed to have much importance in the games other than the 4 London levels and the Lost Artefact expansion pack. As for Boaz, she was never really much of a villain. More of one of Eckhardt's lackeys who happened to have been voiced by an actress who makes the cast of the original Resident Evil look like Oscar winners.

It looked more like Natla had one of those dead flying mutants on her back rather than being mutated herself. She was freaking huge that's for sure. Did anyone see how big her throne was, or how tall she was in that last cutscene she was in?

On Sophia, she did get a couple of facelifts according to the zombie guy at Lud's Gate which could explain why she looked exactly like TR3 Lara.

Natla rules :tmb: Sure they've been ripping her off in the later TR games (Eckhardt being the finest example of this, right down to the time and means of his "resurrection" in the modern era), but back then, an ancient evil accidentally released from millenia of imprisonment was a pretty neat idea.
