;) I won't say anything else, then!

I do like David Tennant, though. The Doc now has a Sonic Screwdriver AND sex appeal! Woot!

(And Lavinder... I'll PM you if you like!)

Don't worry! I'm 28 and I fancy the pants off Alan Rickman, and he's 58, old enough to be my father...

*whistles and walks away slowly as people give her odd looks....*

Actually... I wondered if there was a HP link there. Those werewolves look similar (if slightly hairier) to the ones in PoA - I wonder if they usd the same model?

Indeed! Simon Pegg was in one!

(I didn't see all of them... WHY did the BBC have to put them on on a Saturday? Sometimes I decide that being a nerd is not conducive to my social life and go out! I've been trying to catch up on the few I missed on BBC3 recently... but seem to end up catching the ones I've already seen. Balls... )

You do realise I'm going to have nightmares now, don't you, Lavinder?!

The humour in Dr. Who is great :D . It always was, though...

Anyone remember the Down the Pan Daleks from Steve Wright in the Afternoon? Used to be on Radio one about (oh, hell... I'm old!) 15 years ago. That was most amusing...

 Sorry darlin'

Elysia
15-04-06, 20:34
 Aww, that's okay... I don't mind nightmares if they can be in any way associated with David Tennant (I know Chris Eccleston was the Doc then, but, you know, David Tennant.... :cln: )

A friend of mine rang up her granddaughter straight after that episode was screened and, for a wind up, opened with "Mummy? Mummy?". Scared the life out of the poor kid :vlol: :(

That sounds like the kind of thing my Dad would do. Evil, evil man that he is...

My Dad used to sing 'Bright Eyes' at use when my mum was skinning rabbits...

I had a 'special' childhood. It all comes from having a fireman as a father. They're all cruel buggers...

DlDing now ;)

I thought this episode was a fantastic start to the new series! Any doubts I had about David Tennant being a great Doctor were wiped out!

Billie Piper's acting was incredible!

It was an amazing episode... although in a completely different way to series 1, but still amazing. Absolutely loved it!

About Rose being called a chav ...you must understand that it was lady Cassandra who actually said that, and she's very classy. I'm sure she was horrified at first to be wearing anything other than a smart dress!
