Cant find the little gear thingy

Hey im in the 3rd level - and i found 2 of the little gears- i found that one thats under the water- and i found the one thats across the broken bridge- if any one knows the location of the 3rd gear please tell me- ive been searching for ages.=(

On the ground next to the broken bridge there is a doorway that is grass covered. Enter there and kill the raptor waiting for ya. Keep going until you reach a waterfall, climb the ledges to the right of the waterfall to get the cog your missing.

Jenna is correct. Its the easiest cog to get, but its so easy to miss that entrance. I did. As coming in and going back towards the building. Just after you pass under the broken bridge go a few feet more and head right.
