How do you see the glass, half full or half empty?

I voted for half empty. I fail so see the things in life I already have because of my need for new things.

The glass is twice the size it needs to be. :D

I'm a problem solver and I don't normally think optimistically or pessimistically, I just see a problem and figure out a solution.

It rather depends on the present circumstances. Usually half-full I suppose but on other days half-empty because I drank too much the night before :D

Heard that one before :D I voted half full, but it can vary

I voted half-full why concentrate on the negatives?

Another reason for what I chose is that to be half-full or half-empty, the half would need to be either slightly greater or slightly less than half a glass, therefore not half a glass at all... :whi:

Give me a half cookie, and I will decide it :D

...I voted half full

Half Empty. Not being a pessimist. Just conservative. Better get some more (whatever it is that needs to be in the glass). :cln: Wouldn't want to run out. :D

edit: Now that I think about it: that actually sounds more optimistic (to me anyways). :o

I voted for 'Half full', as that is how I normally see it. However, if you were to fill an empty glass half way it would be 'half full'. If you were to empty half of the water out of a full glass, it might be seen as 'half empty'.

I voted half full. Normally it depends on my mood as to which expression I would choose.

Lol. :p Not necessarily, though. It depends on the circumstances really.

To be honest I don't think it is a brilliant method of working out whether someone is an optimist or a pessimist. :p

Half empty for me, because sometimes keeping optimistic is a pain. :o And I prefer the word 'empty' to the word 'full', it's more pleasing to my ears. :D

Depends. If it's something I like it's half empty. If it's something I'm not really keen on it's half full.

It honestly depends on the day...........but usually half full.

Unfortunately half empty I think. Although I try to see the good side of things most of the time I just can't no matter what. I always make a big deal out of small issues, but only in the inside, I never show my emotions much.
