well yesterday me and my family left a party at 2:00am so since we hated the food and we wre hungry, there we went to a 24hour open taco shop so we ordered our tacos and were taking them because we wanted to eat them at home, so just a we get in the car my dad starts driving, he makes a turn and me and my sister were gonna put our seat belt on, barely, so then we hear a super loud screech like tires burning rubber so my sister yells "duck" then she ducks and puts her hands behind her neck so i was clueless of whats happening but ready to panic so i turn around to face the back car window to see whats happening (i didnt have my seat belt on) but i all saw was glass flying everywhere and hitting my face and it was all a blur! though the car threw me so hard and i hit the passenger seat and i was in pain and tumbled, to the car floor (my neck really hurts) so a lady who was driving by pulled me and my sister out and my parents, so then my dad calls the cops, my dad the cop and the guy who crashed us were talking then my dad got mad at the guy who crashed us because he said he was going 30 miles and hour so my dad estimaied that he was atleast going 60 because of the burnt tire rubber marks on the ground, so my mom told the cop that and the cop told my mom to shut up or he was going to arrest her god i felt like kicking the cop because he kept telling it was my dads fault but clearly it was the guy who crahed us cause he was DRUNK!!!!! so then the cop said it was the guy who crashed us fault, finally, that cop must have been drunk aswell!!
this is how the car is so far its not really a wreck though:

And the memories of the event will never fade. :(

That must have been very scary. I can't really imagine what it's like without being there, and hopefully I never will be 'there'.

I'm afraid I'm having trouble viewing your pictures.

Sorry to hear that, SpongeBob. I know the feeling. I was in a huge car accident last summer with some friends on our way up to the beach. Some idiot cut my friend off and the car went out of control, flipped 3 times and landed upside down in a ditch at the side of the highway. Thank GOD all of us were wearing our seatbelts. The worst part was when a thick black smoke from the engine filled the car while all of us were suspended upside down in our seatbelts. I thought the car was going to explode! So we all helped each other out and fortunately, we only had cuts and bruises - nothing major. The car was totalled. The police officers were amazed that none of us were seriously injured or even killed. That day will definitely live on for the rest of my life. It'll take some time to get comfortable in a car again, but you'll be fine. :wve:

Rear end collisions are always the fault of the one rear ending the other vehicle. So the cop was being a douche.

That's awful to hear, SpongeBob Lover. :( I'm glad you don't have any serious injuries and I'm sorry to see your car ruined. I can bet it was a horrible experience.

BTW, that policeman is a real jerk. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a244/SZM/ThumbsDown.gif

thanks everyone!! :wve:  what really sucks though is the guy who crashed us had no license or insurance and he cant pay the car damage so hes going to jail but what good does that do to us?? so now my dad has to pay to fix his car that someone else crashed because they were drunk.
