Help for Tr7 requirements

Hey hey hey it's been a long time since I last got here and everything is changed...Well I've got some questions about the system requirements. Sure I have a Pentium 4 with 3.00 GHz but I only have 512 of Ram memory and My card is NVidia Geforce 5200. Will this affect the speed of the game and the graphics very much? please let me know...I desperately want to buy the game and I want everything to be perfect. Do I have to buy anything more to improve the quality?

I predict low performance because of your GF 5200, and only 512MB system Ram.

You have an AGP system (i can tell from your FX5200).

For perfect Next Generation you need a high end PCI-express shader model 3 card with 512 MB VRAM.

For AGP systems there is no such card available. What comes closest (and way above 6600GT!) for AGP, (mind though that this is only a 256MB card), is the GF 7800GS (http://www.komplett.nl/k/ki.asp?sku=317794&view=detailed). :)

And expand your system Ram to 1 GB. (1024 mB)

Thats exactly what i have, and it's not able to run next-gen if your expecting everything to be "perfect".

It runs smoothly at parts, and sometimes it can be pretty slow but not dramatically. I was able to play it without much frustration.

At minimum, you probably need a radeon 9800 pro or equivalent to run current gen graphics relatively well.

Hello...thanks for yor tips guys I really appreciate it..the price of the Graphics card is a little bit bitter but I'll buy it cause I desperately want to play it AND I want perfection...Is there anything I can do for transforming the AGP to PCI? I can get a 1GB ram memory but will this help sufficiently?
