I might buy a new graphics card and i was wondering which is the best graphics card money can buy, which is good with running next gen?
I heard that the Gecube X1900XTX Platinum was good but i just wanted to be safe and ask the pros.

Please HELP!!! ANYONE!!!!!!!
Hello-ho!
Be sure that any of the ATI X1900XT cards is the best you can have at the moment, doesn't need to be a Gecube.
BUT most important is the rest of your PC.
Because you could be disappointed when that is out of range.
Please share your PC's specs? :)
Download Everest Home (http://www.jozefdekkers.nl/everesthome200.zip)to your desktop. Unzip (extract) the file and install.
Start the program. In the left pane you'll see a rootstructure, select any item or, via clicking on the +, any sub-item. At the right pane you'll see the details about your selection.
Now please select Computer + >>> Summary in the left pane. Then in the right pane right-click any item and select Copy as Text (it will copy ALL as text). Could you post it in your next reply.

There you go Joe
Excellent marcocatena, :tmb: Now replace the X1300 by a a X1900XT or XTX, and replace your PSU with a COOLERMASTER REALPOWER 550 or equivalent (well-tested strong reliable and stable). :)

For X1900XT (Quote from Amazon)
450-Watt power supply or greater recommended
configurations a 550-Watt power supply is required 512MB of system memory
:tmb:
Yes. And not ANY 450 watt (you'll get system errors), but a tested good and reliable one on the 12 v rails. Don't hesitate, be careful with your expensive stuff and protect your system against overdemand (peaks). Better get this 550 one. Good advice from own experience (i have that card, i use a Intel 925X chipset based motherboard, 2 GB Ram etc, and the PSU i recommend (COOLERMASTER REALPOWER 550 (http://www.komplett.nl/k/ki.asp?sku=310031&view=detailed)). :tmb: NO errors since december last year! :tmb:
