Lost in 'Lost Valley'!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have killed everything I can find, got three gears and let the water run but now I can't find my way out I just keep finding myself back at the begining!! Help!!!

If I recall correctly.... After you install the cogs and pull the lever, you can look for some goodies first by going over to the right of the bridge. Turn around and drop and grab. Shuffle to the left away from the bridge and drop down onto the stones. Gather the goodies awaiting there. Jump into the water and swim downstream. Just before you get to a gate you'll see a way to go left. Turn left there and get on the shore on your right. Get more goodies. Jump back in and go on down the river. You'll eventually make your way over to the dry river bed where the river used to flow before you started the cogs which moved he gate and diverted the water flow. Run down the dry river bed to the end. Jump over the outcropping and you'll end up in the lake down by the cave. Caution, Pierre is there and will be sniping at you. Get out of the water as quickly as you can. Shoot the pants off this piece of crap Pierre. He will not die because he haunts you for a few more levels before you can waste him. But you do get to him this time, and a cut scene movie plays and they talk. Pierre tells laura of the Scion, and how its in three parts, and how she will need all three pieces to do something in Atlantis. Just listen to his tale. Eventually laura gives him an upper cut to the jaw. He drops to the floor knocked out, and drops his piece of the Scion. Laura picks this up. Now you can go for one more goodie, or end the level. The goodie is back in the cave where you went to meet T-rex. Go straight back like your going to go to that T-Rex area, and climb the rocks. Up there is a large med pack where the skeleton was earlier. You cannot get back down where T-rex was as its collapsed. Get the med pack and return to the lake. You can fight Pierre here if you did not get him to run away before. Same scene thingy will happen etc., and she gets the piece of the Scion. Now, look across the lake. There is now a corridor/tunnel where the waterfall was before you cut off the water. Swim across and run down the tunnel. The level ends.
