Does anyone play an intrument? What do you play? How long?

I play the piano (for the 3th year) and cello (1st year).
I play classical pieces of music: for the piano I play Mozart's sonatas, pieces from Beethoven, Bach, quite easy pieces of Schuman, études of Czerny (:hea: They're SOOO boring) and other medium pieces.

If you aren't good in it, you have to do it for FUN (even if you ARE good in it), if you are taking everything serious it isn't fun anymore and that is what music should be, that's my opiniun...

Played violin for about 5 years in school, and can still play but it stays tucked safely in its case. I've taught myself flute within recent years, and can play a bit of clarinet as well, also self-taught.

I've been singing and rockin' the Guitar for
well over 30 years now. Rock, Blues, Slide,
Fingerpicking, Lapstyle.... in bands and solo.

I have an amazing collection of killer guitars
as well. Acoustics, electric and laps.

I play electric guitar. No teacher for me, they don't teach my style of music... I play for almost 2 years now at least 1 hour per-day

Wanna get good? Play at least 3-4 hours a day.
At least. And a teacher will only help you.
Wish I'd made more use of teachers and studies.
I'd be much better today (or 25 years ago even).

I play piano and flute too!! O_O
I have played piano for 10 years
I started flute 2 years ago, but it's been on-and-off for me =/ so I'm not that good. I play the Western flute, though. It's really pretty =] Harder than the piano, imo.
