I have to be point blank... I don't like them. I like Lara outfits.. What ya think??
Do you know WHY she wears such black things? First - it slims the body - and Jolie need it a lot cause she is fat and her shapeless body doesn't remind of Lara's. Second - the producer of the film makes everything AJ likes - she likes black, so she wears black - and doesn't matter what fans think about it. AJ doesn't Lara Croft look alike and THIS film is about Jolie, not about LARA!
I beg to differ with you this film is about Tomb Raider. And Tomb Raider is Lara Croft!!!!!!!!!!! And I have seen the WHITE outfit, I don't like it. The Black one is great... I don't like the white one..I like Jolie I think she is a beautiful woman and I am not in any way against her. And I think she is built just fine. In any bloody outfit!!!!!!

It really is a sad world when a woman like AJ is considered "too fat"...Stephanie,you may want to look into anorexia,and learn a little about it,because it seems like you may have some issues to deal with.
I agree with wildcat.......Jolie looks pretty good......as for the outfits the white is outs, I wouldn't mind seeing the stuff Lara wears in the games though, but whatever the case, as long as the Movie basis is in line with the Tomb Raider concepts it doesn't matter what she wears......RAID ON!!!!! :D

So you think Lara Croft is anorexic because she has slim waist? She was famous because of her figure and now when I show my friends the pictures from the movie with AJ - they are shoking... Is that cow is our cute Lara? They say - nope - I answer - this is AJ in a cheap second-quality action-film, playing herself :D This movie is not Tomb Raider it's a parody for Matrix with robots, hackers, high-tech equip. Did Lara ever use it? She always relys on herself not on this ****. Did you ever see the film called Sphinx? I advise u to see it. It's rather old but I guess it's about Lara... and this fake TR movie is about AJ or agent 007, I don't know...

I never said that Lara was anorexic,what I said was that if you consider a woman of AJ's height and weight to be "fat",then perhaps you may need to look into anorexia,and learn a bit about it.

And you are suppose to stand for your fallowers give them your team spirt make them love her the way YOU SHOULD!! No matter what the little bugs are. And you need to think on that. How big is the fan club you are the president in. And when do they vote again. I don't think a person that hates anything about Lara or the movie should be the Pres...That person should back up or at least put up a facaud so that the kids out there will be proud of it all. Not a single one here said that. No she's not at all but maybe in small ways that you can't see past the fat and cellulite. Cuz that size thing...is in the way. What she does in her own home and life is not even where you should go. The tabloids are bloodsuckers. OUCH did I say that. Yes, I'm a president of the ukrainian fan club "Tambovskiy Raider" - we are the official organization, found out in 1997 and registered in february the 1998th. In the 1998 our club had over 200 members. Now we have only 47 members but it's not my fault - I did my job well http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif they left fan club after new game's release - the series became worser and worser... and it's a problem of Eidos and Core, not mine(BTW 7 persons left after AJ was announced to be Lara LOL). But I don't understand how our club matters concern of yours?
speaking about AJ - I wasn't interested in her life till she became Lara's embodyment... I guess it's rather natural - but more I know her, less I like her... First of all she is not Lara Croft look alike, second - she hates Lara and can't play her naturally, third - NOONE TRIES TO MAKE HER LOOK LIKE LARA!!! And I don't care whether she's a ****in'good actress with a brain or without it - it doesn't help her much in this film and it's all what has a sence for me...

First of all; I totally agree with Wildcat on judging AJ as a person. What she and Billy-Bob do to or with each other is totally up to them. Maybe this is the way they prove their love for each other and who are we to judge that?
Second; The movie people most likely first let a lot of Lara look-a-likes do an audition before they picked one out and most likely picked the one with acting talent and brains instead of some bimbo with big boobs, tiny waistline and in comparison; huge a$$ and who had to constantly be corrected with cue-cards...
(We discussed Lara's measurements on this forum before and concluded that they were innatural and that someone who had those would probably break in half at the first step) :rolleyes:

The disproportionate polygonal figure seen in the games is the game Lara. There is a big difference betwwen the two.

Did anyone see any other outfits? I saw the Black of course and the white jumpsuit thingie. Did you see the winter scene with that coat? It was a winter scene right...? I like that coat.... And her holsters seem to be a better type than the game type or the ones on the action figures. I shoot in cowboy action comps and the just seem a better type. Easier to grab those guns out!!! :D

Great photos Wildcat,both the film scene and the model.As far as movie costumes go,I think I like the Arctic gear/coat outfit the best.

This is a Andy Park I love the comic line they kinda help inbetween games. Story lines are great and the art is Wow. Do you have a comic book store in your town? They can order them for you from Top Cow or go to Top Cow .com

i think the outfits are really cool...exspecially the monk's costume :D
as for natla in case you havent noticed lara isnt real so we should all apreciate them for doing what they can to bring her to life..as for the outfits of course she is not going to wear the same outfit like in the game... in real life people actually change outfits everday! also saying that you know more then everyone else what does that matter we all love lara no matter what we know about her...i think if lara was real she would be ashamed of the way you make other raiders feel just becuz u think u know better!

I love that suit the model is wearing! have you ever seen the blue wet suit? it's made from the london levels on tombraider 3. They were auctioninga suit that one of the models wore on E-bay... i tried to get it but the bidding wet past 4,000$ which is past my spending limit... too bad.

no offence but to called angie fat is really really er wrong! how on earth is she fat man. anyways back on topic. imo the outfits in the movies were much more better then the game outfits. i mean come on. why would lara wear a bright green top with brown shorts in this century!!! talk about a fash a no no its just wrong to clash things like that, yeh it looks good in the game. but when you put them sorta game outfits on a real person it just comes out as cheap and tacky.
