i have to wait till july 6th, but for you lucky americans.....which of you will be available to offer reviews on saturday, i wanna know what its like!!!

Too bad Luke. We open full time with TR on Fri. My boss (the theatre owner) is 84. He's seen the movie and compares it with Mummy returns. I think all he sees is the action and FX. The deal is, if a movie house books a film "on release" they are locked in to an arrangement with the distributor. With Star Wars, last year we had to put down a $2000 deposit and run the movie for 6 weeks. With Tomb Raider, we have to run it for 3 weeks, plus it costs 70% of the box office for the first week, 60% for the second and 50% for the third. I'm predicting this to be THE summer blockbuster. BTW, what's happening tomorrow? Anybody know?
