TR3 crashes all the time

I just got TR3/TR4 double sided SouldOut disc for my PC.
I installed TR3 and it went well so I went to play it.
But every time I try the Manor or the main game, the game always crashes. Can anyone help?

Which one crashes? TR3 ot TR4 or both?

TR3 installs and runs on XP with no problems. No compatibility mode, no patch.

TR4: download the updater for The Last Revelation from this page (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/windowsxp2.html), and install. This will update your TR4 installation.

Could you:
click Start > Run... type in
dxdiag
click OK.
Choose to Save All Information, open the textfile in Notepad, select all then copy, and paste the complete text into your next reply. :)
