CD u have to make Lara's home bigger in this game, I was so dissapointed wiv Legend's mansion, this is the chance to redeem the Mansion. Classic home feeling, No tech room, No modern GYM, Big Garden, the classic red bricking, Keep the design the samw as the TR3 Mansion and plz plz plz plz make a nice big explorable outside :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
All this talk about Classic Lara and TR3 mansion makes me wants to play it *Runs to TR3 mansion*
Agreed. Just remake what the mansion was in tr3 and it will be best mansion ever. With added rooms and features to the mansion obviously.

Well you know they could even add just one whole level to the game. Maybe a purely motorbike level. We see lara on her motorbike in the original but we dont get to ride it. I think it would be good if they add a whole new level in with a motorbike in it. Only one level tho. This would also be an excuse to have a motorbike track in the mansion. Like the quad bike track in tr3 mansion. If there was a motorbike level like that I dont think it should be like legend was. It should be like vehicle levels in tr2, 3 and 4.

OLD mansion pls, with training gym where Lara says, press this and that :p
And gardens, classic assault course to beat your best time and race tracks attic, basement, etc...
And unlike Legend's manor, which sucked big time btw, I don't want: if I open an open door and save, when I reload the game I don't want that door to be open. That just reduces the replay value.

Yes but I've already said make it like mansion from tr3. It doesn't have to stay so true to tr1 it has a crappy tiny mansion. Tr3 mansion was the best.
if this is gonna be a true TR1 remake, the mansion will be like the one from TR1 i'm sure

Classic Mansion With Gardens. The Mansion in TR1 was way too small and still wouldbe if CD included it. It needs an outside and gardens

Of course! PS1 Held 15 levels plus a mansion, PS2 is A LOT more powerful.
AOD had 29 Levels.

TR legend mansion was cool, but have more rooms open, no zip or alister just winston. TR 3 big! Vehicle area! Shooting range where you can shoot winstons with his helmet on! Bigger better underwater area and secret areas! Court yard, trophy room, gun closet, more info areas, like a head of a lion where was it killed. And as you progress through the game the mansion becomes more unlocked more info is avaliable like once you took down the t-rex(which should be an even longer and harder epic battle maybe some full regeular fight, and the interactive cutscenes to make just more dynamic.) Then in one of your rooms it will say when and where with what weapon and how many shots. Just cool little details like that!

I hope they have a race course outside with the motor bike to practice like on TR3 and loads of secrets to find (for example; TR3 with the attic and the lever with the timed door), pretty much what everyone else has said too ;)

I wouldn't! Especially since now Crystal has little nifty ways to free up space and make the game even look better than legend!

Oh no, not that creapy Winston. I hate the old Winston! He won't let Lara alone, but i don't want a Wiston like in Legend, who even makes no noise or no "Halo Lady Croft!"

And i dont care if its the TR1, TR2 or TR3 one...though personally i hope they dont introduce vehicles to TR:AE, so maybe not TR3s? Or tr3s but with 2s maze....hehe

Hmmm, tough one, the original TR1 mansion was VERY limited. No basement, no route thru the fire place, no attic, no outside,(outdoor maze, obsticle course, shooting range, or track), no kitchen, no bedroom or bathroom.... TR2 and 3 had lots more, but then it wouldn't be true to TR1... :confused:
Well if they are doing a TR1 AND TR2 mansion, they will most likely remake the TR2 mansion, but still if they did only TR1 they could probably update the classic mansion with a few things, the thing that scares me is that you couldn't go outside in the TR1 mansion either. :(

If they make TR1 and TR2 as separate games... then it makes sense to have a smaller mansion in 1, so people get a pleasent surprise in 2...
But if they only make TR1...then a massive killer superb mansion makes sense to me.....
And if they released the two games together...well, i have no clue about that... :P
IMO, the Legend Mansion was one of the best improvements in the game. It was incomplete, and it would be really good if CD could finally deliver what we have all been wanting since the first game. A complete and intricate mansion/estate.

even thought the legend mansion was bigger than the tr1 mansion, it felt like there was more stuff to do in the tr 1 mansion because in legend there was so much wasted space. you had to run a mile just to get from one room to the other. running past long corridors of nothing. thats not fun. thats annoying. ESPECIALLY with no sprint button.

No Farting Winston, but I do want to be able to turn on some tunes like TR 2 mansion and lock winston in the freezer. Maybe lara should have a zoo full of exotic animals, maybe a petting zoo!? Hey its just a thought!
Lara is supposed to own 3 estates now, why do we just need to be stuck with the Legend one? It would be better to just bring back the classic one from TR1-3/Chronicles and say it is one of the other 2 estates.
I'd be more than happy enough to just see the classic mansion in updated grahics:D I mean, if they do add more stuffs, that'd be great but really IMO, I think it'd be great to just leave it as it is. I don't mind if they add though but if they can't/won't, that's fine with me:D
Let's not forget the weird maze and basement and stuff in TR 2!
Yes, but the official statment has not mentioned Tomb Raider 2, and there might not be enough time to do it. They will still have to have the Mansion as the training level since they want new players as well as old, to buy the game. We will have to wait and see what we get, but since this is a remake it will be based on the classic mansion rather than the Legend one l would think. And the original Tomb Raider 1 mansion had no butler, but they might put old Winston in you never know
I think they should add the Mansion in updated graphics the classic mansion because were never gonna see it again.

What I think would be nifty, would be to have the "Artifact" room again. Even though, Lara wouldn't have gotten all the stuff from TR1+, it would still be a nice Easter egg to see the Dagger of Xian in there, and Excalibur. Nice little touches like that make me happy.

Hey you never know maybe it will be a relived game so its lara talking about her adventure long ago! Its possible because that's how she got money according to the first game is by writing Travel books and her exploits to ancient ruins!
