Do you think they will all return and do you see some other gadgets like grenades and maybe like a desert eagle or semi-automatic rifle! Would you like a sight on one of the guns! Do you want upgrades for each gun maybe some better things for it like Legend!?

I think the only weapon i'd like to see included is a HARPOON for all the crocs and rats...
The shotgun, Uzis and Magnum are all you really need.....along with the pistols....
MAGNUMS are the BEST !!!!!
With a greater range of weapons, they'll no doubt put a greater emphasis on combat....and the original TR was never really about combat.. Its key points were exploration and puzzle solving...with only small slice of combat....
Id like to see them stick to this original formula: say 10% combat of WILD ANIMALS....and 90% Exploration/Death Defying Jumps/Puzzle Solving etc !!!
P.S Didnt CD say legend would be 70:30 exploration to combat? Funny how combat made up the majority of the game ?!?!? :P

GOD i hope they dont do the whole legend weapon system. it was so annoying to not be able to hold onto your guns once you got them. in the classics it was so fun to get a gun pickup because u knew you would have it for the rest of your game. in legend when you get a big gun its like so what, im just gonna run out of ammo and probably have to pick up another gun or something. i want variety in my guns like tr1 had.

Oh I agree, I want to hold on my weapons, I don't mind a legend system though with a least three weapons not TWo so that we can choose from magnums uzis and shotgun! If unlimited back pack is there though i don't mind! just want an old game with a new experience!

as long as i have dual pistols im happy-but the bottomless backpack with its seperate weapons section will have to make it back...or its not Tomb Raider

...hmm...it's hard to say for this one...'cause of realism, it kinda breaks everything...it's hard to say it's ok after playing Legend 'cause it was kinda right and realistic...but if they go for the original ways of collecting guns, I wouldn't mind:)

If CD just gonna include pistol, uzi, magum and shotgun, bottomless backpack is fine by me...
If there are rocket launcher, sinper rifles, M4, grenade launchers...no thank you...
I DO want uite a few guns......uzis...I miss my uzis........but that said, I dont want her backpack to be a universe unto itself. Perhaps if they had a higher limit........like 20 items altogether or sumthing.
LOL. I know. Those weapons really killed the spirit kinda...or it would kill the spirit for the FIRST game. The rest somehow are fine-ish.

Whatever weapon CD is chosing...it better make Lara move and jump around instead of hiding in covers...
I think the weapons should stay exactly the same as they were in the original. And Lara could always run around and shoot. LostRaider if she was hiding instead who is to blame? Mind you a usually chose to hide from a certain T-Rex and take potshots at him from under cover, so l cannot talk

Not if the game force me to take cover and hide...if the game punish people for not taking cover and decided to jump around, then my response is WTF...
That's the reason why I hate the idea of rocket launcher and long range rifles...you either win by mass firepower or by cover...and if they are a main part of the game, it will mean the there are combats that require pure firepower or taking cover...this is just plain action game style...
And no, I don't try to take cover when fighting the T-Rex...just dodging that thing once is more rewarding than shoot that thing from a cover...because TR1 is the first game I ever played that actually give me that option, it would be dumb not to try it out...

Yeah, and grapple too...it is so unconventional as a weapon...
I liked the way the weapons were handeled in Legend, so I hope it's the same with the remake.
But I want a menu back, the ring inventory to select medipacks and stuff, select option/save/load, view your artifacts.

No, I think they should put in only the old weapons...
I don't care, though, I just want my uzis... the thing I missed the most in last two games...

Real simple, in TR1 the dual uzis ruled! :D The shotgun was a strong killer, but slow with the reloads. I would really like just the original weapons.
Could you imagine? Killing 6 atlantians from across the level with a rocket launcher!? It would spoil the game, no more fear, no more dodging attacks, no more epic battles... :(

Although I do wish to see the Uzi change its apperance...like the more compact Glock 18 full automatic pistol with 30 rounds extended magazine (duel wield 60 rounds, nice)...it's just an change in apperance and it can fit into her backpack better...
Actually, she holsters the uzis! :yah:

I'd just like the Pistols, Shotty, Mags and Uzis! I wouldn't be unhappy if they incorporated the Desert Eagle though- especially if it makes the noise it did in TR3 - BLAM:D
