i play the pc version how do i put it in next-gen please tell meh! :confused:

Before you install the game, you will see two pictures. The left one will install the Next Generation version and the right one will install the normal version. :)

Start the game.

Options > Graphics > Enable Next Generation content

If the option is not available, your graphics card doesn't support Shader Model 3.0, which is necessary to play the game in next gen mode.

Yeah. Just choose "options" in the main menu.

but what does this mean: Open Registry, navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystal Dynamics\Tomb Raider: Legend

Click Start > Run... type in:
regedit
click OK

That will open the Registry.
In the Registry, you navigate to the mentioned key.

No.

High end PC and XBox 360 are next gen. PS2 is normal mode.
