Ok I am using the young lara script for my first level and something has gone wrong.

Well...the first advice to newbies certainly shouldn't be that they use trep or other advanced stuff.

Your problem is that while you have enabled Young Lara in the script, you're not using a wad that suits this script command. Your Lara is the standard TR4 Lara rather than the Young Lara of the Angkor wad. Due to the script command she has two ponytails, but the standard Lara object wasn't made to accommodate those. What you should do is use the Lara, Lara_Skin, Lara_Scream, and Hair of the Angkor wad for a start.

Oh, ok now I see but I have used trep before, I just don't use stuff I don't understand, but I didn't know that I needed those skins, I thought that young lara was hardcoded.

It is, that's why you need a proper skin or else use trep. ;)
