Question about Action Replay.

How are the cheats (PS2) downloadable for Action Replay MAX EVO Edition?
I'm thinking about buying it from play, but so far I only know how to work a cheat disc, but this one is suppose to be a USB Flash drive and it says that cheats are downloadable. And I have no idea of how the cheats are dowloadable.

I think it means that you can download cheats from the internet and transfer them via USB Flash drive to your PS2 and that this will save you having to crreate the cheats by entering codes.

Yeah I got that, but how will the files be used? Like are they files of some type, codes or something?

Sorry, don't know. I have only ever entered codes the slow way via the control pad.
