In Palace Midas there is a room with 5 switches on a platform (you probably got stuck at it for a little while - everybody does). If you stand facing the switches you'll notice there are two white structures, one on each side of the platform. Go to the left one. Now, try to see what's on top of it (taking your guns out helps) See it? It's a medikit! And it's not a secret! How do you get it? Can you get it, even? I need to know!!
