Look for the right place, there is always a place to put the candle...when you do it, run, the spirit won´t disappear in a few seconds...it´ll take some time, and they might hurt you while they disappear...

I know she's intergral to the story and all but I always wish that in such similar games, you could progress if a tag-along character dies in the 'field'. Like you'll get a reward beyond a good ending by keeping them alive.

There's a poem somewhere about dark and light birds. The poem tells you about the positions of the birds. It's related to the keys in the piano. I loved that puzzle, did it with my brother, can't remember the last time I had such fun with a puzzle in a game :D

Ok so i'm in the other part of the hospital now, after pyramid head hit's you off the roof *Which btw made me jump*. Opened the fridge with Maria 'Is that her name' and found the 2 rings, the one in the basement freaked me out with the screaming baby....:o
Went into the room, down them long set of stairs to the basement, and started down the narrow windy hallway, but pyramid head appeared from behind and killed the slow ***** behind me, so it was game over.
I will start again later :D

Look I'm a huge fan of SH, I've heard af a hardcore SH fan that SH3 is the best but not the scariest (SH1 is that) and I agree completely, SH3 is the best to date in every aspect.:) But I'm sure you'll enjoy the game!:D

Oh totally, it's a series that's definitely cemented itself among the other icons in the videogame world.

While very little has been officially confirmed, chief designer of Silent Hill 5, Masashi Tsuboyama announced the game's development in a 2004 interview with Eurogamer. Tsuboyama-san first clarified rumours that it wasn't going to be called 'Shadows of the Past' as previously reported from one website. In the same interview, he stated that Konami wasn't sure which next-generation console it will be put out on but mentioned that it will be the best one, "be it PS3, be it Xbox 2 [sic]... I hope they merge the atmospheric music from SH1, the very accurate shadows from SH3, and if they make the happenings a bit random, weather, sounds etc... Specially the monsters behavior... I mean just play the subway station in SH3... That peace and then the radio going crazy and a Insane Cancer chasing you that is what scary people, fast and unexpected happenings... The walktroughs would suck if that happens... Just my two cents...
