View Full Version : Umm where did all the threads go?
Well it's simple: go to your UserCP --> Edit Options and scroll down where it says Thread Display Options. In that box, find the sub-section Default Thread Age Cut Off and from the drop-down menu select the option that you want. Don't forget to hit the Save Changes button at the bottom when you are done :wve:

If you mean why nobody posts here recently, it has no special reason.
But if you mean you don't see the threads, it's because your setting is set to see only those threads which have had a reply since yesterday. To see more threads look at the bottom of the page, you'll see a drop-down menu which says: "From the", change it from "last day" to something else. :)

Why not put it on "show all" by default?

Well if you want to see all the threads from the birth of this forum, you can always consult the Archive (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/archive/index.php) (link is at the bottom right of each page) which is always available ;)
Well, not showing all Threads by default is probably alot less "work" for the server.
This Forum has TONS of posts, and I can imagine that throttling the server-load with small changes like this, is helping the forum to keep its fast and reliable performance.

Precisely. And this is exactly what the Archive is there for (to have all past threads available without overloading the server) ;)
