First of all, sorry about my poor english... I'm stucked im Colosseum... after you combine the gemstones, place it on the wall and the floor falls there is a room where you fight with a lion and a warrior..in this room there is a huge door that requires a key... where can I find this key??

...it is on the body of the centurion

Go back and look around real close on the floor where you killed the Centurian.
