Just register for gamespot and then you can download it. It's free. You only pay if you want to be a full subscriber.

Not much point just now unless you can wait ages! It's giving me a downlaod speed of 9.5kbs which will take eleven hours :(

I'm downloading it from fileshack -it's free, but the speed is capped at 100k/s.
It takes an hour and a half at that speed if you want to check it out.
