Last night, I did something dumb, and I almost did something really dumb. Now, I am sitting here thinking about it and wishing I could tell someone, but I can't. :hea:

So, my question to you guys- Have you ever regretted doing something so much that it made you physically sick (stomachache, headache, etc.) like I am now?

Not really, I don't see the point dwelling in the past :)

Loads of times when I was younger! Thats how I learnt the hell not to do daft things anymore!

Dont beat yourself up tooooooooooo much we all make mistakes..that what makes us human.

Eh yes...
But I'm not that physically sick about what I did. We learn with our mistaques, I just deal with them lol.
Anyway like mitch said..past is past, there's nothing more to do about it.

Of course, but you have to get over your "physical sickness" right now. It makes you can't think clearly, and you will need some of that clear thinking to find a way out the mess you're in.

I have. I had my internet friend from England over visiting for a few days, and he wanted to go to the pub alone (I don't drink, he probably felt uncomfortable drinking heavily and watching me sip my way through a glass of Coke)... I very reluctantly allowed him to go without me, on condition he only spent half an hour. Half an hour then an hour came and went and he didn't show up; my parents had ordered a curry for us, and I was eating it alone with NO appetite because I was worrying so much over where he was. It turned out he'd just lost track of what was going on and had had around 10 pints, and would've kept on going if my dad hadn't called his parents to get his mobile number to contact him...

I was kicking myself SO hard for not having refused to let him go alone. At least now I know better, and I was deliberately steering him away from pubs for all the rest of the trip. :(

I have done many stupid things. Like a few days ago I got really drunk so me and my friend broke into a store...now we're probably going to jail...or have to pay a HUGE fine...don't know how much yet...but a lot-so I won't have money for it...It's the dumbest thing I've ever done because I'm 16 and I pretty much ruined my life...because after jail it's pretty hard to get a job anywhere + I can't go to school...so I'll have to go to night school later or something...It doesn't make me physically sick but I'm pretty freaked out...but the thing that worries me is my friend is in intensive care atm because she ate a lot of pills because she didn't want to face the police...

Well sometimes its hard to actually talk about what's happened/what youve done etc, and its just comforting to talk about your feelings with other people and know that youre not alone in your experiences.

So, my question to you guys- Have you ever regretted doing something so much that it made you physically sick (stomachache, headache, etc.) like I am now? Oh yes, extremely. Best is to take your time to calm down first. Then use your brain to rationalise what happened and why you did what you did. And why it is a good thing that you only "almost did something really dumb", but actually didn't. :tmb:

Brain.. Brain.. I Know I've heard that word somewhere.. nah.. nope.. forgot my brains outside.. :p That's the thing Im lacking here.. Im way too emotional sometimes that I just tend to screw up things even worse than they are already.. I hardly think with my brains when Im about to say or do something stupid... That's why I regret stuff in the mornings..:o

Margarita, yes, I did. But I was hurting myself. Gh, okay - friend's psyche too. I don't know if I should write about it here, but it starts in April. Now I do not doing this, but sometimes I have a bad feeling and think I just need psychiatrist. It's too gloomy XD

If you guys really want to know, I will share. I am a very open person really, I just didn't know if everyone wanted me to air my dirty laundry in the forums. It would feel kind of nice to get it off my chest, though.

Well, I was at one of my friends house hanging out with my closest group of guy friends. We got to drinking and probably had too many. So one of my guy friends and me start flirting (I hope to god he started it, I would feel soooo bad if I did, but I can't exactly remember). We left, thinking of course we were being secretive, but it must have been super obvious to the non-drunk people.

We, um, did some stuff, and almost had sex. When I say almost I mean like literally, almost, like one movement away from it.

Well this wouldn't be so bad, but I am also friends with his on and off girlfriend, who he swore he wasn't going out with currently. He just "sort of loves her". That made me feel so awful when he said that. So now I basically can't ever hang out with those guys again.

At the moment I'm constantly feeling physically sick, but that's because I can't get my head arount getting drunk. Things I've regretted doing? Oh yeah plenty. They may make me sound crazy but anyway... a lot of them involved alcohol and knives and sadness.
