Hello everyone, it's been a while since I have posted a new thread, my post count seem's to be going very slow these day's. Anyway I was just wondering if there are any people who practise Martial Art's here.

For two year's I have done Kickboxing, Karate and Jujitsu.

What's your favourite.....

Stricking Technique: Straight Jab or Backfist
Kicking Technique: Side Kick, RoundHouse Kick

Tae Kwon Do and Jeet Kune Do, been at TKD since I was 6 and JKD for about 4 years now. I don't believe in 'technique' anymore..I teach technique to the kids but always emphasize that no form should be set in stone. ;)

I remember that one, Takes a lot of balance... really have to focus aswell, I had the damn twist kick, if you do it wrong it makes your leg go all funny.

I've learned to do Aikido (Yes, I was inspired my Nina), and I I may say so myself, I'm pretty good at it. I used to do Kick-boxing, but not anymore.
