Just finished TR 1. I was very impressed with the game. . . incredible gaphics, unbelieveable detail, great atmosphere. I have played all the other TR games, but never finished the original. The glidos program is really amazing, letting you play TR on windows XP.

I found it pretty easy to kill Natla at the end. . . I was expecting some major end of the world confrontation with a big boss.

TR is a great series. The original set a very high standard.

Glidos is amazing, and so is DgVoodoo. :)

Congratulations! I've never played it on Glidos, but I love the graphics all the same. I agree with you about Natla, though - compared to the difficulty of the Atlantis levels, she was pretty easy.

Well done. :tmb: Glad you enjoyed it.

I was releived on my first time through that Natla was so easy, I'd wiped out most of my Ammo on the other boss, and so I was grateful! ;)

Exactly! It took so long and soooooooooo many bullets to take down that torso boss! :eek: I was happy to riddle natla with bullets and see her drop! :mis: :yah: It was still a pretty wild climb to the top and I didn't want her knocking me of the pillars so I finished her while still on the ground. Starting the first pillar would trigger the second fight where she could fly so I'd just hop down and get it over with. :whi: Then I could climb to my hearts content! :D
