Taking videos in TR?

How do you take videos in Tomb Raider 1-5? Is there a special video-capture program, or do you just hold down the screenshot button? TIA. :)

LOL, thanks again, I'll be sure to experiment. We've just installed Windows XP for this computer, so I finally have Windows Movie Maker 2. I had a problem with it on our other computer - all the transistions and video effects disappeared after a few days! I hope that doesn't happen again. :(
